About Anna
As a joyful Mama of two beautiful babies, I feel so privileged to be able to support other families as they welcome their own little ones. Birth is an amazing thing we were designed and created to do. I have always loved all things pregnancy, birth and motherhood, but my passion was truly ignited in highschool when I did a co-op placement with our local midwives. There I was introduced to the beauty and strength of birthing women and how absolutely powerful it is to bring forth new life.
From my own two birth journeys, I have learned the strength that it takes to advocate and fight for what I want, but also how much having great support can help. Even when it didn’t go exactly how I had imagined, that continuous care was invaluable. I want to empower others in this same way.
Whether I name it a passion or a calling, one thing is for sure, my whole heart is in it and I am so honored to care for my community through my work as a doula.

“Anna is the best doula I could have possibly had at my birth. Not only did she care for me and take some of the pressure off of my husband, she also was the one to catch my baby! The midwives didn’t make it to the birth! My labour was quick and peaceful and I’m so thankful that she was there in the midst of the chaos. She was the one to help me breathe, she helped my husband call EMS just in case we needed them, she briefed the midwives when they walked in and overall was the calming presence we needed!
